Hello! Does UST Accounting/Registrar have a virtual office where I can request documents? I was informed that there is no on-site office on Mondays. If yes, where can I access the virtual office? Thank you.

Hello! I received an email indicating that my stipend has already been processed however, it is still not reflected in my account. What should I do? Should I email them or wait until it is reflected on my account? They sent me a notice on May 7 stating that they had processed the stipend on April 30. Thank you!
