Feb 11th 2026 - Received rejection notice due to missing lawyer signature
Feb 18th 2026 - Lawyers filed updated application
March 3rd 2026 - H1-B approval received
March 4th 2026 - H4 approval received
March 24th 2026 - Attended biometrics appointment related to H4 EAD RFE
April 2nd 2026 - Lawyers filed RFE response with proof of our biometrics attendance

From April 9th, case status just shows as "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"

H4 EAD is expiring in couple of days. Is there anything we can do here ?

I am a 33 year old male who went through left microsurgical varicocelectomy (grade 3) in mid September and at 7 month mark, sperm motility and morphology remained the same as before surgery.

I went to doctor for Doppler scrotum ultrasound to verify and the result came as No varicocele now. Surgery itself is successful.

Everything in Hormonal Panel came out as normal.

No coffee, Non smoker, Non drinker, very healthy BMI, eating at home completely, no tight underwear.

At this point, I am at a loss of what to do next for natural conception.

What are the supplements that can really improve params from here ? I have been taking Coq10 200mg per day, L-carnitine 1000 mg per day for last 3 months.

Does params improve 7 months post surgery at all ?
