Hey guys,

I have the Meta Verified subscription but I’m not able to access Enhanced Support since a week now. When I click on Enhanced Support, I see an error message - “This page isn’t available at the moment”. Please check attached screenshot for reference.

I’m also not able to submit a verification selfie. The error message I see - “We’re sorry but there’s a technical problem with this feature”. Please see attached screenshot for reference.

Here is everything I’ve tried:

1. Restarting my phone
2. Deleting and reinstalling the app
3. Changed the password of the account and logged out of all other devices
4. Tried both wifi and mobile data
5. Used “Report a Bug” feature to report both problems

Note: 10 days ago, my account was disabled out of the blue. I opened the account, verified my number and I got it back within seconds.

Can anyone please help with these errors?
