The Go-Gos were the girl-sounds of 45 years ago! I love them, and "We Got the Beat" was a legendary hit for them.
I'm such a fan of them and this song, along with "Vacation", " are forever etched into my memory. Although the older version of me also loves "Our Lips Are Sealed" and "This Town", among others, just as well!

They definitely had one of the best skates of their partnership at the Team Competition in the Olympics and I loved it! They executed this program the best they had all season and I love the medley of great songs covered by Cinematic Pop! "Sweet Dreams", "Eleanor Rigby", and "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" are great songs on their own, but a medley of great orchestral/vocal/choral versions is epic! I still swoon.
