I want to find some good handles, whether they're V handles or otherwise, for lat pulldowns. I have a pullup bar I want to attach resistance bands to, but I want a good effective way to do it besides tying them in a knot or something. Thanks!

Apple School Manager, how do we get Federated login?

We have our domain all verified and trusted, we added the TXT file to our DNS records as required. In Managed Apple Accounts, it says "Get Started" for Google Directory Sync, but we can't actually do anything with it. We've already installed the Apple School Manager app in Google and given it full scope. Thanks for any guidance on this.

I vacillate between going heavy for hypertrophy or light for more reps and less joint strain. I think a bag of quikcrete is about ~80 pounds which I figure is my starting max, but I don't really think hitting it that hard right off the bat is the best idea. Maybe 70 pounds? Thanks for any advice.

I'm trying to plan ahead for the end of the school year which is coming right up, especially regarding the process of going over the student laptop fleet and wiping/re-enrolling them as needed. To make it require less micro, I'd like to create an open network that's just used to get the Chromebooks enrolled. If I do that, I have to create that same SSID/password in Google Workspace. But if we end up changing any passwords over the summer, I think I have to do things a little differently. I've read discussions on it before, but I can't find the threads I saw previously.

I think I need to change the Student OUs to connect to the open wifi network, then configure it so they get automatically given the new password for the existing Student SSID. But my fear is that these Chromebooks won't be on long enough for them all to get that policy propagated. I don't want to start the year with some of the fleet ready and some not, but I know with some room moves coming this summer, I won't have the necessary space to leave a couple hundred Chromebooks plugged in and running. Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. Anybody else deal with this or already has it figured out? Thanks!

I'd like to make a script/batch file that will ping a list of devices throughout my network that I want to run each morning to see what's up and what's not. I was thinking Powershell, but if there's a better way I'm open to suggestions. Ideally I'd like the script to spit out a log file that shows me whether the ping commands succeeded or failed. Thanks for any guidance on this.
