Maybe less the case today if the price went up. I think the value is amazing.

It can play 3 generations of consoles:

-Gamecube (play perfectly when modded) -Wii -Wii U

It plays all those consoles natively: -Can read the physical Wii U and Wii discs -Can use the Gamecube controllers via an adapter and Wii and Wii U controllers

Lastly, it outputs in HDMI which still is the standard today for modern display.

Caveats are: -You need an adapter for the gamecube controllers -You need AA batteries for the wii mote. -You absolutely need the wii mote to use the vWii

Essentially if we just look at gamecube, a gamecube with the component output must be worth A LOT but the wii u can "probably" do the same with its hdmi output.

But for great value is the price, and I think for a bundle of 3 consoles, the price is cheap by how unpopular the console is. Maybe it went up in the last year but still.

2 consoles come close imo. The CHECHA or CECHB fat ps3 because it could play 3 consoles. However their price are ridiculous and they were too prone to break.

The ps2, cause it could play imo the best generation of playstation games and the console was so dirt cheap. Even today it's probably easy getting one for cheap

So knowing it's a "Persona" game where I'm limited in time to some extend I wanted to be as efficient as possible.

So when I was in a dungeon, I thought of completing the dungeon in as few days possible (i.e. 1 day) and also farm gold to be able to buy the juicy rare and expensive items in the store.

In the Cathedral, I found the trance crystal (red crystal that keeps spawning enemies) and instead of destroying it I kept killing skeletons around it. I realized how quickly I could gain xp. I also used it to regen my mp there when needed. I had enough to buy the 2 blue items in gran trad shop, 50K gold I believe.

In other dungeons I would do it especially with the Merchant to get like 500 gold per kill. It was crazy the amount of gold I could get in a short amount of time.

Kept doing this and after a while, I would enter a new dungeon and one shot enemies in the field without even fighting them once.

This made the rest of the game very easy. I would never run out of MP, and I would essentially just fight boss battles and beat them pretty easily and I could buy everything I want.

Did this grinding pattern happened with anyone? To the point you realized the game became much more easier?
