I recently bought this nice knife and have it all sharpened something special. But I’m finding it kind of difficult to use in my application with how skinny (9mm at widest point) the steel is. I don’t want to cover up the makers markings and beautiful steel so maybe I’m using it wrong? Looking for your insights and if it’s taboo to make a handle for these knives.
