Has anybody ever seen this or have any tips on how to fix this? Was adjusting my car to do some work on the front end (spyder grill install), closed the door while running and it has completely locked me out with the key outside the car and car running. Not even the physical key is working. Button on both doors not working. Trunk is the only thing that will open. Took the key away from the car for 30 minutes. Came back, nothing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Do I just need to let the thing run out of gas? Will that damage my fuel pump? Even if I do that I still don’t know if I’ll be able to open it, since the physical key isn’t working.
