Looking to sublease my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Hawks Pointe apartment for the summer. $541/month, you have to move out by July 31 and if you want to move in early then May 20-31 would be free. So you’d only have to pay rent for two months! Only two other girls will be there during the summer, and one of them will leave in June and the other has another housing arrangement in town so won’t be in there super often, meaning it’ll be pretty quiet.
