Do you keep everything in ETFs or mix in other stuff once you’re more comfortable?

I started out just sticking to broad ETFs, mostly to keep things simple and not overthink it. But over time I’ve found myself looking at other things on the side, individual stocks, some thematic ideas, even a bit of crypto, nothing major, just experimenting.

Now I’m not sure if that’s actually useful or just adding unnecessary noise to what was originally a clean setup. Part of me wants to keep everything ETF only and stay disciplined, but part of me feels like having a small satellite portion makes it more interesting and maybe even useful? How do others here approach this once they move past the basics.

I started tracking my cycle a few months ago because I wanted to understand my body better, but lately it’s starting to feel a bit overwhelming. At first I was motivated, but now it’s like… every morning I have to remember to take my temperature, log things, check charts, try to make sense of it all. And half the time I’m not even sure if I’m doing it right.

Some days I just don’t have the energy for it and then I feel guilty for skipping. I didn’t expect it to feel this… mentally tiring? Does it get easier with time, or am I overcomplicating something that should be simple?

I’m on cycle 6 TTC and I honestly feel like I still don’t understand my body. I’ve been using OPKs and trying to track temps, but nothing ever feels super clear. Sometimes the OPKs are confusing, and my temperature chart just looks kind of messy to me.

I keep thinking maybe we’re just getting the timing wrong every month and it’s stressing me out more than I expected. I didn’t realize how hard it would be to actually pinpoint ovulation. For those who’ve been through this, what helped it finally make sense for you?
