My parents are in dire need of a reliable, trusting plumber. Their only functional full bathroom leaks down to the first floor; this has resulted in significant damage to the ceiling over the past couple of years. We notice leaks primarily occur when the toilet is clogged (but not overflowing) as well as when water gets on the floor if the shower curtains aren’t closed properly.

I’m rambling, but they are located near RGH/Irondequoit. Your recommendations would mean the most to them!
