Windows 11 won't boot unless perform hard reset or boot in from BIOS on HP Laptop
I can only get Windows 11 to boot from performing a hard reset or if esc f10 and boot in from the BIOS. I have ran extensive tests on my storage and memory and everything passed I’ve reseated my ram and ssd. If I power on normally it gets stuck on the hp logo, also freezes if it goes into sleep or hibernation.
