Any Information about 10th armored division?

When I moved I received a box of war memorabilia that was passed down from my great grandfather who was in WW2. In the box that is labeled “instrumente zur gefässnaht” and in the box were coins I’m assuming from the places he went to along the way. What I have learned from the patch is the people who got the patch went to France for training which would explain the francs I found with his medals. There were medals which I know nothing about and I have no family to explain the meaning behind the ribbons so if someone could be kind enough to explain the patches and medals that would be so kind! There was also two random skiing medals which really confused me but from what I could find online the ‘tiger division’ he was apart of was made to stand guard at Garmisch-Partenkirchen 1932 Olympics… which explains the two tiny medals in his box.
I am just so curious about his journey along the way and was wondering if I could get help to learn more about him and what he did.

..which lead me on a journey to reactivating my Reddit to ask people with more knowledge than I would have… so can you help me by explaining the patches, the meaning of the ribbons or if you know anything about the 10th armored division.
