Recommendation for a big man: 361 AG5 or NB TWO WXY v2
Hello guys, I had 2 basketball shoes in my rotation:
Harden vol 7 which was my go to but I had them for 2 yearrs already and it seems this past week the shank split so it's probably not a good idea to keep playing with them, I'll probably use them for shootaround on outdoors and such.
Li Ning JB2, which I did enjoy but with 2 caveats, they don't feel as stable and I have had issues on dusty courts due to the GCU, it seems like it works like the currys, when the court is clean the stops are violent, but when it's really dusty they slide a lot so I think it's better that these are not the only shoes on my rotation.
Looking in the internet I saw that the New Balance TWO WXY v2 (These are the only version I can find where I live) and the 361 AG5 are very affordable and seems to have good reviews online.
I am 6'4" 215 lbs, I play as traditional center, back to the basket, rebounds I don't put the ball on the floor much, I only make 2-3 dribbles to go towards the basket.
I just want a shoe with good cushion, stability and that has good traction for pivoting and maintaining position, as I had this massive issue with the JB2, they get dusty and then the rival center can just slide me around as I can't put force into the ground.
Also if you have other recommendations post them and I can see if I can find the shoe where I live. I think they send the Li-Nings where I live but I don't know which model would be fine now because of the issues I had with the JB2.
