I built a protein tracking app and made it super affordable because I want everyone to have it
Quick story. I eat fine, real meals, nothing crazy. But I never actually checked my protein until recently. My target is 106g a day and I was sitting around half of that. Eating "healthy" and eating "enough protein" turned out to be two very different things.
Once I started hitting 106g, I noticed my overall calories were low too. I'd been undereating carbs and fat without meaning to.
I tried a bunch of tracking apps and none of them stuck. They all felt like a part-time job or wanted to charge a fortune for basic features. So I built my own.
It's called Protein Palette: https://www.protein-pal.com
You set a protein goal, it plans your week, you can snap photos of meals to log them. I kept the pricing super low on purpose because I genuinely want people to use this. The realization itself changed how I feel day to day, and I'd rather more people have access to that than make a bunch of money off it.
Happy to answer any questions.
