I need help because I can't stand anything else. For the past 5 months I have had perioral dermatitis that won't go away with anything. The skin is red around the mouth, the nose with small pimples. I have tried 3 months of the antibiotic vibramycin where I haven't seen any clear improvement. I have tried metrogel, elidel, soolantra, fusidic but nothing. Any moisturizer I use causes me flare. I don't know what to do, as the months go by it gets worse and worse. Is the solution to take accutane? And I'm scared
