Neurodivergence happens a lot on the sensitivity layer and because a system that is based on efficiency of the exploitation of large masses of people will settle heavily on averages. If diversity of sensibilities is distributed unequally, some will be statistically discriminated inevitably. But its not like that system is just harmful to those more sensible in certain areas, we just notice it more in some ways, while other might feel it more in others. Also pattern recognition might do some heavy lifting but I do feel like a canary in the mine a lot.
