Hi ,

I have made a transaction of 90,000 inr on 30th April, 6:27 pm to upi id : xxxxx@okicici

The money was deducted from my account however the recipient has not received the money.

Upon looking into it further , i was told his upi handle @okicici was disabled/deactivated last year

And the money should be sent to @icici.

I'm not sure why he can still receive the money to the old id if disabled.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?? Can you please advise ?

I know i was stupid to not check before sending the money.
