interference in pedals

And I have a problem that I think is due to interference. The pedals "activate on their own," meaning, for example, while I'm racing and accelerating hard, the brake spikes to 100%, or sometimes the accelerator spikes to 0%. After some research, I found recommendations to connect the pedals to a powered USB hub, and also a USB filter, which I bought... Next:

With this configuration, I was able to run for a full day without problems, but the next day, the problems returned, and it's impossible for me to run like this. The throttle spikes at 0% don't bother me because the speed difference is barely noticeable, but the brake spike at 100% is definitely noticeable. Before, I only had the throttle issue, but now the brake problem has started. The manufacturer already replaced the controller board, and it's still the same. I tested the controller on another PC with the same calibration software, and it didn't interfere on the other PC. The controller interferes even with all the pedals disconnected.
