Which laxative is good to take post lis as my surgeon only gave laxative for 5 days but i have been taking it from past 20 days bcz i haven’t healed yet , for context - i am on week 4 post op

Can any girl answer me whether i can use ointment during periods or not will there be any risk of infection due to blood

I got my skin tag + lis surgery want to know if i can still take sitz bath and put cream normally
Or there is a risk of infection ans i shall use guaze
