I’ve been trying to find new clients lately and wanted to get some insight from you all as authors.

When you’re looking for a book cover (premade or custom), where do you usually search? Are there specific platforms, websites, or places you trust more?

For context, I currently share my work on Facebook groups, my own group, Instagram, and Reddit. My pricing generally falls within these ranges:

• $150–$230 for premade covers
• $150–$170+ for photo-based covers (depending on complexity and number of characters)
• $300–$400 for illustrated covers

I’m not promoting here—just trying to understand if I’m positioning myself in the right places and within a typical price range.
