u/Many-Jellyfish-6682

I'm trying to farm the military outpost in Cordon, but after I cleared the base, the enemies respawned, only five or less after I killed them. No more enemies respawned at the base after a while. Is this another bug or something else? Also, there's no loot on the ground or on the bodies.
