I received an Xfinity refund card for $120(overbilled), but I did not realize it had expired until I tried to use it. When I went to the card site to renew or replace it, it said the card cannot be renewed because it is already expired.

This was money I was supposed to receive as a refund, so I’m trying to figure out what my options are. Has anyone dealt with this before? Can Xfinity reissue the refund, issue a new card, or send the amount another way?

I’d appreciate any advice on who to contact or what steps worked for you.
