Just a thought of mine, not deeply thought through.
I think his next powerup will be him using his white clouds similary to Imu, but maybe more funny/creative. The fruits seem to be deeply connected as Imu mentioned something like „god or devil, what is even the difference“.
An for the future I think Luffy might be able to make own contracts with his crew or loyal pirates similar to the covenant contracts and this will lead to a massive power up for all strawhats. The contracts themself might be not as restrictive though, but I havent thought about the details yet.
What do you think will be his next „power up“?
