I Finally finished season 11 last night. Just wanted to get out my opinions on it.

The Bad: Way to much monologuing. From the children in the start of the episodes to the last words in the last episode. The walking dead is a good show that speaks for itself. I don't think it needed to add the "deep" stuff. This season also had to much emotionally mushy scenes. We get it, people get sad when living in the post Apocalypse. A little less crying and sadness and more let's beat the bad people. The back and fourth with Horsnby being an ally then an enemy got old really fast. The Commonwealth soilders outfits looked stupid as hell. Yes I know they look that way in the comic and they look stupid in the comics to. I think the way the Reapers arc ended could've been a little better. I wished they wore thier masks more, I don’t NEED to see faces constantly to get "emotionally invested". Oh and Maggie let that guy die in the train car for no reason. Not cool on her part a real asshole move.

The Good: The first two episodes were amazing! It somewhat reminded me of season 5 when the group had to go back out on the road and survive. I loved the whole traveling underground while fighting zombies thing. The Reapers were cool villians. I liked how Pope alluded to the Government using mercenaries inside the country for certain "operations". Mercer and Pamela were good added characters. Mercers struggle with having power but trying to figure out how and when to use it was cool. Pamela was a villian as well. I thought this fight scenes were cool as well in this season.

Overall this season was good. Far from the best but still good.
