I’m currently setting up my Payoneer account and ran into an issue with address verification.
I initially used my mom’s residential address because I’ll be moving out of my current place soon and haven’t secured a new one yet.
Unfortunately, I’ve now reached the document verification stage and she doesn’t have any valid documents I can use to verify that address.
I’d like to switch the address back to mine, but I seem to be stuck at the “Documents” step and can’t access any settings to make changes until verification is complete.
I’ve already contacted support, but I haven’t received any response or acknowledgment yet, and this is quite urgent for me.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can:
• Change my address at this stage, or
• Get support to respond faster / resolve this quickly?
• Any advice would really help. Thanks!
