I have had fissures on and off for years. Most recently I was basically fine for over a year and then retore. I’ve used diltiazem in the past and it seemed to work… but this time I’m not sure if it’s helping. It’s been a week and I’ve had a couple better days but it’s not great.

If diltiazem ever worked for you, how long did it take? I’m wondering how long I should give it before I give up and go back to the doctor.
