For context, I own a 2012 Honda Civic. Last time I was there, he replaced the passenger side CV axle and inspected my suspension. At that point, he said I needed new lower control arms in the front and possibly sway bar end links.

Now he's saying I also need inner & outer tie rods and a driver side CV axle in addition to the sway bar links and lower control arm because alignment shops won't do an alignment if I only replace the control arm. Is this true, or is he trying to upsell me?
