Need divorce lawyer as a defendant

my husband gave me divorce and leave the house went to his sister house. He’s asking me to leave his house asap ,and forcing me to sign divorce papers. His sister is threatening me to call ice on me whether I have legal here and have 10 year resident credit card. My husband also did tax fraud forge sign, and took all return in his personal account. I don’t know where to go. I live in saratoga County. I am alone here. I have nobody to go home nobody to give me emotion support, and legal advice. I can’t hire lawyer. I am doing a job but not earning that much. My husband was earning 3X time than me.
