I’m travelling to Vietnam for the first time at the end of may. I arrive in Hanoi and I’m planning to do the following:
Ha noi 4-5 nights
+ overnight trip to Ninh Binh
Da Naang (2 nights) - considering a day trip to Hue or Ba Na Hills. As well as trying to see the fire work festival
Hoi An (3 nights)
I am travelling with my girlfriend (we are both in our twenties). We like a chill vibe but also want to explore as much as we can, so I’m open to any suggestions we should consider. But I’m not looking to rush through everything. We have a flexible budget. Instead of specific restaurants, we have a few dishes we want to try. Based on the above, Is there anything I should change or add? Is Ba Na Hills worth a full day?
