Remittances taking forever. Incorrect Shopify balance.

Going crazy bc I don’t see anyone else saying this:
I have a line of credit & a Shopify loan both being automatically repaid from my orders. It takes a minimum of 4 entire business days for the remittances to be taken, and my Shopify balance is never accurate because of it. It will say a repayment has been paid, yet the money is still in my Shopify balance account. It also will say a repayment is processing despite it already being deducted from my Shopify balance. Because of this I never actually know what my Shopify balance is any how much money I can truly move out of my balance account without having my balance too low for the repayments to process.
Am I an idiot? Am I alone in this issue and there’s something I’m missing? Or do repayments take ridiculously long for anyone else & the Shopify balance is never accurate?
