Peperomia pepperspot finally has baby roots!

Peperomia pepperspot finally has baby roots!

After about 5 days, I spotted some 2 little white roots on one of these stems! I know this will take a whiiiillllle longer, before I can plant them, but I'm happy to see progress!

Update: Inch Plant Propagation

About 10 days or so ago, I rescued these leaf stems from a dying nanouk inch plant. There were initially 4 of them under a growlight (not seen in pic, about 8" above the cuttings) but the shortest one turned to mush a few days ago and I NEARLY gave up. But behold! As of this morning, tiny white roots have started appearing on each of these 3 remaining cuttings! Maybe I'll get my shot glasses back within the month after all~

HELP!!! Am I propagating this peperomia pepperspot right?

I bought a pepperomia pepperspot today, and when I brought it home and uncoiled it (the vining bit was wrapped around nesting in the store), some of the vines snapped off. I decided to try propagating them in water, since I do that with pothos and spider plants. Never done it with peperomia before. Is this right? The last picture is the plant it came from, after I un-nested the vines and let them dangle.

I've had this radiator plant about 2 months, and, while there is new growth, as seen in the picture. I noticed that some of these younger/newer leaves are curling, have been so for the last... month, though I am not entirely sure why. The plant is in a self-watering pot about 2 feet from a north-facing window (no drafts, I checked!) and the room temperature hovers between 21-23°C. I'm not sure what's going on.

So, I have an inch plant that was sadly (and oddly) developing root rot. I did the whole wash and examine roots thing and repotted what I HOPE were the healthy remaining plants, but these cuttings are what I salvaged, trimmed from the top of what had become floppy (not yet fully mushy) stems. The leaves on these cuttings aren't as hard/firm as those on the healthy plants, but I wanted to give propagation a try anywaym anyone have experience with this kind of situation? Do you think these cuttings still have a chance of rooting?
