Wondering if anyone here has dealt with belowthemarket.ca?

The prices seem way lower than what I usually see on HouseSigma or realtor.ca. I like that they share landlord contact info and skip the middleman, but something about it feels a bit too good to be true. Has anyone run into issues or is there a catch I should know about?
