Work in primary care and wanting to do occasional locum work

I used to locum before I got my employed role. However haven't done any locum work since I got the job and life got busy. The rates look shocking to what they were like before in 2022 when I worked in community. Are there pharmacists that are still doing locum work with the additional stress of Pharmacy First etc? I want to do some extra work on weekends but feel nervous. And what kind of rates are you working for cos online I barely see anything above 28.

Based in England. Bought a house in February with my husband as tenants in common. Have 2 kids.Things have been rocky and I'm unsure of where things will go. If we were to divorce what are the options with the house? I know selling is an option however he loves the house and I feel he would refuse to sell. Based on his salary and his additional income he would be able to afford it on it's own however I wouldn't be able to. I would want to sell and move on with my life however if he refuses to sell then am I stuck on the mortgage with him? I am on maternity leave now and am the main carer of the kids. Feel stressed about the financial implications of a divorce with a house involved. Due to go back to work in December.

Basically just want to know if I'm 'trapped' with the house as we bought it recently and what my options would be. Thanks.

My boy turned 3 in few months ago. I tried to potty train before he turned 3, he would pee and then say potty. However never actually peed inside the potty. I took a break and have started again. No nappy just bottons. He pees and doesn't say anything now and continues playing. Before he would say and look uncomfortable. Its like he's took a step back. He is scared of sitting on the toilet seat attachment so have a potty which I encourage him to use. Any tips please.

Baby is 4 months old and mainly breastfed. I try give 2 bottles of formula a day when out and for her dad to feed her. However sometimes she refuses and fusses, sometimes she takes. I'll be away from 9am to 5pm and her grandparents will see her. I'm worried about her fussing and not having any milk for 8 hours. I was away today for 2 hours and she wouldn't take the bottle from them and now I'm stressing out. I uses a mam bottle teat size 1. Any tips?
