So I was caught speeding 7km over in a 50km zone, pulled over my licence was also expired so I went and was honest for it. The officer said don't drive at all and so I stopped right there, I was really stressed at the time so I don't fully remember and didn't ask for what fines I received, I don't really remember her saying I will be suspended for 3 months and that she was gonna let me off with a warning but then said this licence expiry is serious.

Anyways I went to service nsw and renewed my licence I asked them if I had any fines or was suspended and they said no.

Am I allowed to drive? I thought for p1 suspension was immediate so it should show up. I can't register my licence online to check cause the website doesn't work.
