Tiny House Possible Sale?
I love in an 800 ft.² “tiny house“ in the northampton area. I’m thinking of possibly selling, although I am not sure. This approximately 100 tiny house community has several houses that have also sold for 300,000 more or less… I have sold previous houses on my own before with huge gains for myself financially etc. are people really looking for 800 to 900 ft.² and willing to pay $300,000? It’s really too bad. The economy is so difficult for so many because even with a sale on the house I’m not sure where I would go or what I could buy… I’m mostly looking to get out of the cold. I still owe about 100,000 on the house… I guess I’m mostly wondering what people are thinking about buying and selling etc. I hope it’s OK to post something like this here. Just putting some thoughts out there to get some feelers or ideas thank you.
