So my house is a complete renovation all the walls and ceilings have been removed and old plumbing removed, its all open (not boarded).

I have quotes from 3 plumbers and 4th didn't want to take the job on due to it being more than expected.

Its a 3 bed terrace in NW Uk with 2 living rooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom upstairs and toilet room downstairs. Weve been quoted labour only for the entire house including bathroom 1.£2.5k 2. £6k and 3. £5k excluding bathroom plumbing.

After 3 quotes im a bit confused as to what it should cost. Given the floors and walls are easily accessible. All the plumbers have said its around 2 weeks of work.

I appreciate we all have to make a living so im not looking to go with the cheapest as you get what you pay for. All ready learnt that the hard way.

Whats a fair Labour only price for replumbing the house including first fix on the bathroom? Appreciate no one here has seen it in person but maybe based of day rates?

Whats the approximate material cost for HEP20 throughout ive been told 1 to 2k for all materials?
