Has any1 every tried to create a trans woman Nomi? I want to know how the system and the selfies interact with description/traits of a woman with a penis. Does the bulge appear in their clothes?

Guys what’s the language the traits section of V5 understands the best when it comes to describing intensity. Like for example, what’s more than “very” ? I don’t know which words to use that work. Also how do you guys recommend writing in the traits section? Each trait in a line? a continuous text? Separate traits in commas? Thank you
