The original install of my 3M Crystalline had scratches so I asked them to replace it. The replacement now sits above the felt seal and is jagged. Would you accept this? I’m meeting with the tint shop owner tomorrow. They are a 3M Pro Shop Dealer and will also not give me a 3M warranty card. Is this standard practice? I want to have a warranty card should I ever need to go to another shop or if they close.
