I bought a secondhand pair of these headphones on eBay and they seem in great condition but the noise cancellation doesn’t work at all. Pressing the button tells me it’s on or low or off but makes no difference to the headphones. I also tried downloading the app last night and controlling from that to no effect. Are they likely dud? Or is there some other trick I may be missing to activate the noise cancellation? Also, what should it “sound” like when activated?

Ending my first week of keto and feel great today. Think I’ve turned a corner today and already lost 2 kg (if that’s anything to get excited about!). I’ve been surprised by how easy it’s been actually and how I’ve not craved things tooooo much, especially considering I was a massive sugar addict.

I’m thinking of doing it for a month to see if it has any effect on some other health stuff but I’m curious about people who do this long term. Is the goal to constantly be in ketosis? Do some people never have time out from eating under the carb limit? If, in a couple of weeks, I get invited to a friends for dinner and just want to have a nice time and eat their food that isn’t keto, what’s best to do after that? Just start again from scratch? Is it as hard to get back into ketosis as it is the first time? Hope that’s not too many questions in one post!!!

I’m currently reading Profit First and excited to get more organised with my business finances. I started doing the assessment but it’s going to take me too long to work out how much I paid myself last year as it’s been so random and I can’t see a quick way to gather that info on my online bank without having to do loads of sums that I cba to do. I already know I’m not working cleverly or making profit from my business!! Do I need to have these details in order to implement the strategy though? Or can I just get on with it regardless? Would love to hear from people who’ve implemented it and seen change
