I sat my Agent Exam this lunchtime and was very disappointed in not being able to use the Search function. I prepared for 6 months for this and mastered the search function using key words etc... I had been doing mock exams every day and scoring very high each time.
I wasted the first 10 minutes trying to type anything in the search box in the Exam Handbook, tried Ctrl + F but nothing. It was very frustrating as I felt very prepared and confident to do well for this technical issue to let me down.
Even more annoying is that my mock exam questions where very close to the real one in terms of wordings, tricky questions etc...
From my notes, I believe I got 13 questions right as I managed to find the answers manually through a lot of scrolling but for the rest is anyone's guess.
Has anyone had any technical issues this time around?
