I was about 30 minutes late for the exam because ingvilator had a very poor internet connection. His voice and image flickered intermittently. Sometimes I couldn't hear him for 5-10 minutes. I had never taken this exam before and didn't know how the process would work. I took 2-3 screenshots on my smartphone because I thought I wouldn't be able to participate after the exam start time had passed. The proctor noticed I was taking a screenshot, but gave me the PIN and I started the exam. You can't copy and paste during the exam. If your English isn't good enough, passing the exam will be very difficult. This is because you have to manually search for the meanings of words you don't know.

The questions were easier than I expected. Although English isn't my native language, I was able to understand most of them. I felt little need to use the materials because many of the questions were from the sections I had studied. Passing the technical section of the exam was harder than passing the control section.

I had an idea about 17 questions, and I figured out a few more by using the material directly. When I got to the last 3 questions, there were only 3 minutes left, so I'm not sure if I answered those last 3 questions correctly. The questions were related to the areas an agent should master. I don't think there were any irrelevant questions.

Finally, the exam was over, and the invigilator mentioned something about the screenshot again. I told him I was panicking and thought I wouldn't be able to take the exam. The exam hadn't even started when I took the screenshot. He apologized for the poor internet connection. I asked him if my exam was valid. I repeated it several times to ask if there was a problem. He told me, "Your exam is proceeded." After the exam was over, I took a photo to show that the exam was finished and that the pre-exam redness checks had been done.

I'm eagerly awaiting the result. First, I want to know if the exam will be considered valid. If it is, I believe I have between 14, 15, and 16 correct answers. So I'm at a critical juncture. You're welcome to share your opinions and experiences as well.

I have more or less confirmed that I got three mistakes out of the 7 questions I wasn't 100% sure about. A couple of them were easy af questions, I even had time to read the rules a few times, still answered wrong (don't ask me why). Now I feel like the remaining questions that I can't 100% confirm the answers for, are also wrong and I failed the exams.

Crazy thing is I knew all these questions/answers and had lots of time to check the materials and review my answers, still gave wrong answers ffs.

Anyone else feeling similarly?

Hello everyone,

Taking the exam this Tuesday and looking for any last-minute advice from people who recently sat it.

Specifically looking for:

Technical tips:

  • Time management during the 60 min (do you go through all questions first then search, or search as you go?)
  • How did you organize your PDF for open book? Any bookmarks/shortcuts?
  • Any specific articles that came up more than expected?

Content tips:

  • Which topics were tested more heavily than you expected?
  • Any topics you studied that didn't show up at all?
  • Anything you wish you had focused more on?

Scored around 50% on practice mocks so far. Feeling the pressure but still have 3 days to prepare.

Any advice appreciated. Good luck to everyone else sitting it soon**!**

Did anyone anyone else find they had so many select one or more questions? I basically ran out of time because they take so much longer! I think had around 16 of them

Hi everyone I am wondering if anyone knows who I need to contact about issues regarding the exam. I managed to figure out the technical difficulties that I faced. During the exam pre check with the invigilator I passed all the technical checks, but as soon as I opened the exam my screen stopped sharing with her. After a few minutes she told me it is all good because I’d still get the full hour to write the exam. She made me close the exam It took probably 20 minutes to fix. After thinking that I’d still have the full hour I proceeded with the exam and my exam shut randomly. I assume it shut because the exam was opened, she was also surprised and I didn’t get to finish the exam. I had probably 8 questions left. I was given 40 minutes instead of the full 60 which is ridiculous given that it was a technical issue on her end and not mine. I want to make a complaint and see if they’ll do something about it, instead of making me wait another year. I know the chances of something positive coming out of this situation is slim but I’d like to still try. Can someone provide me with who to contact?

Thanks and hope everyone had a better experience than me.

I literally just ended my session. It was way harder and stressful than expected. Now I'm extremely curious about the results. Is it true that we're not getting results until June 4th?! I think I read somewhere that if we get less than 75% you automatically see your answers. Any light will help, I don't want to wait more than a month for results 😩

Has anyone actually been granted a resit after the recent FIFA exam issues?

I’ve seen a lot of people mention technical problems, crashes, and even applications being withdrawn, but I’m struggling to find clear answers on what FIFA is actually doing about it.

Are resits being offered consistently, or is it just random / case-by-case?

Would be useful to hear from anyone who’s had a direct response.

Hello, I want to share my experience with the FIFA exam. Today is April 30, 2026. I have studied for the past four months for this exam like many others. Today I am suppose to take my exam at 2pm MST. I passed all the checks leading up to the exam and made sure there were no technical errors. I had difficulty closing the SEB when I did the pre-check earlier this month. It was asking for a quit code that I was never given. I've checked every email I've ever been sent regarding this exam and there is no quit code to close SEB. I managed to figure out how to close the browser by resetting my computer. Now when I went to start up the SEB as followed in the steps for today, I got a red screen asking for a quit code again. Once again there is no quit code that ends the SEB I am currently sitting in the exam session waiting room and no invigilator has shown up and it is 1:55 pm. I cannot lie this is very disappointing especially if I am unable to write the exam due to FIFA's incompetence. Keep in mind I logged in an hour early. Any advice on how to move forward.

Hi,

Although screen share function on the safe browser worked, it only shared the background but not the exam screen- invilgigator did her best but we could not find a resolution. I literally could not take the exam because of this browser. I use MacBook and I did not have an alternative computer I am so so disappointed

I've subscribed SAI (Sports Agent Institute) to prepare the agent exam 2026 since last March, but I found that it didn't work for the exam 2026 this week because the questions provided by SAI are quite different from the real ones. To be honest, I totally wasted my time and money. Does anybody have a recommendation for the agent exam 2027 prep course?
