Some things I noticed. Arjun’s surname Devraj means ‘king of the gods’ and Delroy means ‘of the king’ and they are the two characters who fight for that mantle. If you take the whole story as a dream/ metaphor then Delroy could just be the dark side of Arjun’s character and his battle with Nitiya a reflection of Arjun’s and Nitiya’s conflict.

Also Arjun means bright and Nitiya means everlasting hence ‘the sun is forever’.
