As someone who have little time to do much painting, I'm wondering if people know any vendors, manufacturers, Etsy sellers etc. that make pre-painted terrain for 32mm scale miniatures.

I know of Battlefield in a Box, but their stuff fits the 40k aesthetic more, and IIRC is more suited to 28mm.
