We are hiring for the role of Field Recruiter at Urban Company.

Urban Company is one of India’s leading home services platforms, connecting customers with trained professionals across categories such as salon, spa, cleaning, appliance repair, and more.
Role Overview:
The role primarily involves on-ground sourcing and onboarding of walk-in professionals for Urban Company’s salon and spa category. Candidates will be responsible for visiting beauty academies, salons, and relevant local markets to identify potential leads and generate walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct offline sourcing and field recruitment activities
• Visit academies, salons, and partner locations to generate leads
• Build relationships with local beauty professionals and institutes
• Coordinate walk-in interviews and onboarding processes
• Maintain daily field activity and lead reports
Preferred Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field work and offline sales/recruitment activities
• Ability to approach and convince potential candidates professionally
• Prior experience in field sales, promotions, or recruitment is an added advantage
Requirements:
• Must own a scooter/two-wheeler for field travel
• Must be comfortable with extensive on-ground activities across Bangalore
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
