For some reason my "add comment" section is completely buggy and I have no idea why. No elements are displayed and I cant post. See video for reference (some buttons are there though as shown in the video, but they dont load properly. What could be the issue? I cleared local storage, installed newest java version, cleared site date and even reinstalled chrome yet it still persists.

I would be terribly thankful if someone could help me fix this (also it does work in edge).
