I’m looking for a studio or 1br apartment in Boston with a great view, a decent enough kitchen for me to cook most of my meals, and access to laundry services either in unit or in building.
Ideal locations are between the north end, west end, south end, Fenway/northeastern/Mission Hill, downtown waterfront and wharf areas, lechmere station area near museum of science, and beacon hill.
Open to other areas that have orange or green line mbta access that’s walkable within 10-15 minutes of a subway. (No buses)
Excluding Allston, Brighton, Malden, Charlestown, and southie they are too out of the way for me. (Don’t want to be on outskirts of green line or orange line)
Budget is up to 2400-2500 monthly and looking to move in 8/1 to 8/15. (I know most places go 9/1 but this is a requirement for me)
Just me, no pets, using GradPlus loan to pay for housing since my clinical rotations are unpaid though my program (I’m a med student in last year before graduation)
Looking for a lease that lasts until at least May 2027 but would prefer a 1 year lease.
Looking for my own place no roommates (important)
