[Build Help] Replacing PSU + Monitor & GPU Upgrade for 1440p (₱30k Budget, more or less)

Budget: ~₱30k (flexible if needed)
Main Use:

  • 1440p Gaming (Helldivers 2, RE9, Pragmata, Marvel Rivals, Android Emulation & some MOBA, etc.)
  • Productivity (SMM, basic IT support, stock market work)

Current Build

  • CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D
  • Motherboard: X570 WiFi
  • RAM: Trident 64GB DDR4 3200MHz RGB (I host games before, e.g. Project Zomboid)
  • Storage:
    • 512GB NVMe (boot – RAMSTA)
    • 2TB Samsung 980 Pro (with heatsink)
    • 2TB Samsung 990 Pro
  • GPU: Colorful RTX 2060 Super (currently broken)
  • PSU: be quiet! 650W Platinum (currently broken)
  • Cooling: ID-Cooling RGB air cooler + 6x ASUS TUF fans
  • Case: ASUS TUF

Peripherals / Current Setup

  • Monitor: NVision 27" 1080p
  • Keyboard/Mouse/Headset: ASUS TUF K3, M3 Gen II, H3/H1 Gen II, P3/P1

Temporary Setup (Makati):

  • ASUS TUF Advantage Edition laptop (w/ 2TB 990 Pro & 32GB RAM)
  • Cooling: Llano V12 (office), Flydigi B20 Pro (room)
  • Office peripherals: Aula F75 Max, ASUS TUF M4 Wireless, Aula Mousepad, Huntkey 100w Charger
  • Room peripherals: MCHOSE K7 Ultra, Ace 68 Turbo, X7 headset, Stock Charger
  • Planning to add: K20 Pro soundbar

Issue

My GPU and PSU were damaged due to frequent brownouts in Albay, so I need to replace them before the system just sits unused and gathers dust.

Planned Upgrades

  • GPU: XFX Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
    • Also considering RX 9070 XT, but that requires more budget
  • PSU + Monitor: Still undecided — looking for best value options

Initial choices:

  • PSU: ASUS TUF 750W
  • Monitor: NVision 27” / 34” Ultrawide (200Hz QHD, 1500R – MG34UF20)

P.S.
-Yes, I "was" an ASUS TUF fan boy until I've experienced ASUS' very bad customer service.
-I'm planning to build / transition to MSi for its better overall "value".
-Framework as laptop in 2028 if the prices drop for the masses, fingers crossed.
-Pictures of my PC are to follow, once I've returned to Albay, maybe around this June.
