I can't tell if this is herpes... is it? (photo from latest to earlier stages)

I thought they were just ant bites, but as the day goes by it's not looking like ant bites; it starting to get painful in my right arm. I dont get a fever but it's painful when touching or pressing lightly, so I had to cover it incase it gets scratch. It's only appearing in my right arm.

What type of doctor should I seek? Dermatologist maybe?
