I recently redeemed a $25 ebay gift card on capital one shopping. Every time I try to put the code in at checkout, it just keeps refusing it and saying it's a wrong code. Yes, I googled this issue. I've not found a solution or good explanation for this. I've had an ebay account since 2020 and I've always had a US address. I redeemed a $35 ebay gift card on the same capital one shopping app last year and ebay had no problem accepting it then. Is this a common issue with ebay? Is there a way I can get a new code sent? I'd hate to have wasted my rewards on something I can't even use
